Aesthetic and Technical Details of BABEYN BOYTU

There are two sacred doors in both directions of Babeyn  Boytu
On one side, the door of the house of Allah, the Beytullah,
the door of Masjid al-Nabawi on one face...

With the idea that a door is only a door when it is opened, we designed these two doors not as reliefs, but as zamak cast wings that can open and close like a real door. We designed the door rings, rammer sections and the Kaaba Gate lock mechanism to be kept separate and with reference to the original form. Thus, we achieved a more realistic design sensitivity both at the Beytullah Gate and at the Prophet's Gate of the Masjid .

We produced it as a tactile design that opens and closes, transforming spiritual meaning into a physical experience.

. Babeyn Boytu Form- Border Line Belt and Pedestal
We engraved Ayetel Kursi on the Calligraphy belt passing through the middle line of Babeyn Boytu, where we work in the form of the Crown Gate. In this section and on the pedestal, we used a fine decoration consisting of Hatâyî motifs.

By adding a pedestal to Babeyn Boytu; Due to the understanding of the design, we made it stand out by distinguishing it from the space no matter what environment it is in. And we added a customizable feature to Babeyn Boytu.

. Material and Body Structure
We produced the main body of Babeyn Boytu with polyester, which provides high strength and detail sensitivity.

We applied metal pigmented paint treatment to the lower layer and manual aging process to the upper layer. Thus, we gave Babeyn Boytu both a historical atmosphere and an aesthetic depth.

. Wall Texture and Cutting Stone Block Editing
We designed the cutstone textured surface around the Prophet's Gate of Beytullah and Masjid , inspired by the texture character of the Kaaba walls. With these cut stone textures; we aimed to create a realistic frame for the doors. By choosing its structure slightly rough; we created a shadow-gloss balance on the surface and thus strengthened the volume effect of Babeyn Boytu

. Line Belt and Letter Plots
We processed the line belts on the upper partof the gates of Beytullah and Masjid Nabawi with the relief system based on the original composition of the writing sheets on the door.

In addition;

Both; Beytullah and Masjid Nabawi's
as well as the inside of the Kaaba, which appears when these doors are opened, and the inside of the Kaaba, which is located in Muvâcehe-i Şerif

             Oval and circular writing sheets,

             Rectangular embossing strips,

We modeled the intricate line curbs one by one in high relief form.

We achieved a multidimensional metallic effect on the doors by combining the golden shading on the zinc alloy material with oxidized black shading.

With these handcrafted applications, we both remained faithful to the spirit of the doors and obtained an appearance suitable for Boytu aesthetics.

. Threshold Sections
In the threshold part in both directions, we designed that "smooth transition" feeling felt at the entrance to the gates of peace. We wanted this section to carry not only the outside of the door, but also the sense of refinement and elegance that invites you inside...
